  1. Will small brands survive if AI prioritizes big names?

  2. How do you optimize for Black Friday sales in a set of black-box AI algorithms?

  3. What happens when Google/Amazon/Bing/Meta launch competing shopping agents?

The Bottom Line 👀

This isn't Facebook Shops 2.0 or Google Shopping Express. This is new. Your team is likely unprepared for it. They love the stability of the Googleplex. AI is disruptive. Are you going to take market share or fade like Blockbuster?
