a. Have ChatGPT help Generate content ideas and put a 90-day plan together. Finding inspiration for ideas is too broad of a topic for me to cover in-depth today. As a start, check out this HubSpot article on mapping out your content ideas;

b. Have a clear production process for creating and organizing content. We use Notion for organizing and sharing all content ideas; and

c. Optimize your content with help from šŸ¤–šŸ§ .

Itā€™s a big topic, so today Iā€™m going to keep it simple and focus on how you can save time optimizing your social content with AI.

  1. Content scheduling is time-efficient. It enables you to schedule a large amount of content at the same time, which frees up your time for other activities.

  2. Scheduling content in advance reduces the chance that youā€™ll overshare or under share a specific topic.

  3. Being more organized and covering a range of topics also opens up your content to a potential new demographic. Unplanned content is narrower in reach, in this sense.

How far in advance should you schedule?

I suggest at least one month. Sure, you can plan ahead further, but you donā€™t want to schedule your content too thoroughly and then lose your ability to adapt when unexpected events pop up.
