When Meta CPCs rise 60% and Google's up 40-60%, you have exactly two choices:

  1. Keep raising prices to customers (and watch sales slow)

  2. Reinvent your creative workflow with AI to drastically increase output and efficiency.

The Three Fundamental Shifts ๐Ÿ‘€

To achieve these results, we need to make these core mindset changes:

  1. Volume Over Perfection - Stop seeking the "perfect ad" and start testing more variations for Meta and Google's Algorithms to chew through. This has been hard for me and many organizations to embrace but 342% sales increase from 20X more AI video creative showed me the way.

  2. Human + AI Collaboration - AI handles the busy work, humans handle the empathy and creativity. LLMโ€™s hallucinate. Just this week major newspapers published a list where only 5 of the 15 books were real! Humans need to be active partners with AI.

  3. Test-and-Learn Culture - Make decisions based on data, not on gut opinions. This is hard for teams to embrace but in an age of algorithms the only way to consistently win is rigorous testing.

Month 1: Choose one channel (I suggest Meta) and A/B test a new AI-native creative process vs what you are doing today. You wonโ€™t get it right on the first go but by day 90 I have yet to see a brand without better metrics.
