Meanwhile, MIT found that workers using AI took 40% less time and produced 18% better quality work.
Think about that gap for a second.
Here is my list of AI Tools by usage:
ChatGPT-4 still leads the pack (I use it 45% of the time)
Claude 3.5 is my go-to for social content or when I need the larger context window (30%)
I split the rest between Gemini (significant recent improvements) and Llama (privacy and cost) via Sider.ai when I want a second opinion.
Fathom - I’ve tested the majority of AI notetakers, and this wins for clean notes and easy formatting in tools I use, like Google email and Asana.
Zapier - I automate emails, reports, scraping websites, competitive intelligence, and lots of mundane work between the native platform (Gmail, Notion, etc) and ChatGPT.
Sider.ai - I like a second opinion to 3-4 prompts a day, and Sider makes that easy inline for non-confidential work.
But here's what matters...did you share them with your colleagues?
It takes just 4 seconds to forward this email… they’ll thank you! 🤝
P.S. You might notice some of these are behind a paywall. Why? Because we published over 20 downloadable resources and 104 articles in 2024. The free ride had to end as we 2x the AI resources for you in 2025. 😉
