Throughout the Ask Alec session, we asked your marketing & business peers a series of AI questions, here’s what they’re feeling about AI…

Their favorite LLM?

ChatGPT, decidedly, with Claude a distant second.

When asked what they wanted to use AI to learn…

Automation was the resounding winner. It wasn’t even close.

Their current biggest struggle with AI?

Finding the right tool for the job. Then, imposter syndrome (it’s daunting, I get it).

How often they’re using AI?

Most said: All day every day.👏

When asked whether they would trust an AI-aided diagnosis from their doctor…

It was a near 50/50 split between No! and Absolutely…

I’m curious, what do you think?

  3. In [Context] 🔎 – Add background ("For our Partner Network")

  4. List [Requirements] 📋 – Must-haves ("Include humor, a CTA, and Emoji")

  5. Set [Boundaries] 🚧 – Avoid confusion ("No tech jargon or political references")

  6. QA [Result] ✅ – Review for clarity, tone, accuracy, and relevance

Just Dropped: ChatGPT's New "Tasks" Feature is Here!

OpenAI just rolled out "Tasks" for ChatGPT (beta) this week — now available for Plus, Team, and Pro users. This powerful feature lets you schedule reminders and recurring tasks, their next step in prepping you for AI Agents.

🔑 Key Features of ChatGPT Tasks

  • Smart Scheduling: Set one-time or recurring tasks using simple prompts.

  • Versatile Uses: I’m using it for daily updates, news briefings, and competitive intel.

  • Notifications: Receive push notifications or emails when tasks are due.

⚙️ How to Get Started

  • Enable Tasks: Choose "4o with scheduled tasks" in the model picker.

  • Task Limit: Manage up to 10 active tasks during beta.

  • Platform Access: Set tasks anywhere, manage them on the web app.

💡 Why It Matters

  • First Step Toward AI Agents: Paves the way for more autonomous AI.

  • Boosts Productivity: Automates daily routines and work tasks.

  • Business Ready: Ideal for automating client updates or internal briefings.

⚠️ Current Limitations

  • Beta Phase: Features will likely change based on feedback.

  • No Continuous Search: Tasks run on schedule but can’t search 24/7.

  • No Voice Setup: Tasks can't be set using Advanced Voice Mode (yet!).

OpenAI's Tasks are in early days I’m super excited to see what I can do with tools like Zapier and GPT’s as we move forward.

Let’s make 2025 your most productive year yet! 💥
